Prepress Offset equipment – CTP
Our Thermal CTP products meet the most stringent demands for print quality. High quality imaging is achieved through extremely accurate dot formation, a tonal range of 1%-99% in either conventional or stochastic screening and up to 2800 dpi resolution (or an optional 3600 dpi). All our CTP’s can be customised for newspaper, commercial or even security applications with resolution options from 1200 to 9600 dpi.
With a capability of more than 70 plates per hour, comprehensive automation options throughout the range, and the ability to be operated in a daylight environment, they provide a fast and convenient flow of plates for the majority of printing applications from A3 to VLF.
Prepress Offset processor
Our Italy made offset plate processors have a high processing speed and consistency, full flexibility in choice of application; a productivity at 300 pph to match our fastest above-mentioned CTP’s with extended maintenance intervals up to 100% for both processor and plate line equipment

We offer to the graphic arts market high performance, stable and consistent consumables, and, above all, respectful of the environment. Our main goal is the quality of our printing products.
Offset Plates
Our conventional and positive digital CTP thermal plates of European make and of proven sensitivity run at high speed & productivity. Our UV ink resistant plates are moreover designed for extreme press conditions. In addition, our chemistree free plates are direct to press, processless, of high cleaning process and 100% Eco friendly.

As certified distributor of Blue Print, Belgian manufacturer of premium press room chemicals for the print professional, we offer off-the-shelve fountain solutions, offset washes & cleaning solvents, silicone heatset web emulsions, spray powders, maintenance chemicals, coatings, auxiliary maintenance & speciality process chemicals.
Prepress chemicals
Along with the offset plates, we supply prepress low chemistry developer and replenisher for direct use.
