Until now, prepress solutions for the Flexo and Letterpress markets have been costly and expensive to maintain. As a result, many label and packaging converters and printers were forced to outsource their pre-press requirements.
Our HDI solutions are a game changer. Now plate production can be brought in-house, significantly reducing plate costs and drastically lowering lead times. Available in three different format models, HDI products benefit from more than 25 years of technological development and come as a complete package, with integrated ablation dust filter system and an open TIFF interface that accepts files from all leading design and workflow systems.
The new HDI Flexo H+ series models feature high power lasers that deliver almost double the production speed of previous models and can achieve resolutions up to 9600 dpi. This makes H+ models ideal for fine labelling and packaging work.
All model formats in the HDI Flexo range come with market-leading precise laser technology, yielding standard resolutions of 5080 dpi. Producing incredibly smooth gradations and superbly round dots whatever the output speed, the HDI Flexo range brings digital image control to Flexo and Letterpress plate imaging.

Digital MAF is the digital sheet photopolymer plate specifically designed to address all direct print corrugated board requirements. Digital MAF has a dot profile that is optimized for post print corrugated, resulting in dramatically reduced fluting without the use of additional platemaking techniques or exposure systems.
